Established for nearly 15 years, we are growing year on year and we need a motivated and proven Recruitment Consultant to join us on the next chapter of the journey. We are looking for someone who shares our values and fits the culture of our existing team.
Responsibilities
In the role of Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for -
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients, being the ‘go to person’ for their recruitment needs
- Responding to leads and opening up new client accounts
- Negotiating and agreeing Terms of Business
- Taking vacancy briefs from clients and advertising roles on Woopjobs website, CV Library and Linkedin
- Interviewing prospective candidates (by phone or VC)
- Arranging interviews and taking feedback from both clients and candidates
- Providing a high integrity and quality service to both candidates and clients
- Sourcing referrals from clients and candidates
- Identifying and building relationships with a wider network of contacts within your customer base to maximise opportunities across all divisions
- Attend client meetings and industry exhibitions / trade shows / networking events
- Maintaining accurate records on the ATS system of any communications and actions with clients and candidates
- Using Linked-in to advertise roles, attract candidates and clients and build Woopjobs brand
- Achieving your targets

- Experience of working with Linked-in, CRM systems, Zoom or Teams and social media platforms
