Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage long-term customer relationships across Ireland. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of customers, cultivating new business from existing clients, and actively pursuing new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative, meeting both individual and team-wide sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all customer account matters.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Negotiate and close deals to maximize sales opportunities.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executives.
Ensure the timely delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations and objectives.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Assist with resolving client issues and handling escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or Key Account Manager.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and accounts with attention to detail.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to learn and demonstrate the product portfolio effectively.
Self-driven with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
