Role and Responsibilities

As a Strategic Leader
- Scale a world-class team to deliver exceptional results for client projects globally.
- Establish technical excellence with commercial awareness, ensuring maximum value for clients.
- Build a strong reputation for implementing best practices to achieve optimal product performance.
- Drive top-line growth through technical sales excellence and value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with peers in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing as a key member of the commercial leadership group.
- Provide market insights and contribute to business and financial planning for rapid scaling.
- Champion customer experience to grow market adoption.

As a Team Manager

- Directly manage four CS team leads: Applications, Field-Engineering, Education, and Project Management.
- Oversee departmental strategy and execution with clear targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain budgetary and resourcing oversight.
- Define and oversee global expansion of the application department across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and the APAC regions.
- Ensure team capabilities support both direct and indirect business needs.
- Foster a culture of sharing, learning, and continual improvement within the CS team.

Skills and Experience Required
 
We are ideally looking for -

- Minimum of 10 years in the AV industry with experience in managerial roles. A diverse range of industry experience and network is advantageous.
- Demonstrable expertise in live events, virtual acoustics, system design, spatial audio, networking, and associated technologies.
- Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of leading specialist engineers and practitioners.
- Excellent communicator at all organisational levels and with external clients, including executive level.
- Highly competent organiser with a results-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding different customer groups and their needs.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for the CS team.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to meet customers and partners, and attend major trade shows and events.
