European Key Account Manager

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a European Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across Europe. This role is central to the company’s growth strategy, focusing on the corporate vertical—meeting rooms, conference spaces, control rooms, retail, auditoriums, and more. You’ll work closely with regional and global teams to drive LED solution sales and deliver consistent growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow key accounts across multiple European territories

• Develop and execute account plans and business strategies tailored to the corporate vertical

• Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation

• Build strong relationships with customers, AV integrators, and distribution partners

• Coordinate closely with global and local business units

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings

• Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback

• Support project delivery and manage stakeholder communication throughout the sales cycle

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of sales success across European markets

• Experience in the AV industry, ideally in LED, display, or visualisation technologies

• 5+ years in B2B sales or key account management

• Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)

• Willingness to travel within Europe
