The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll take a leading role in driving new business while nurturing long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise customers. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies that deliver both immediate results and sustainable growth, supported by a strong operations, product, and engineering team.
This is a client-facing role where you’ll represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums, positioning their value propositions and keeping ahead of market trends. You’ll also play a key role in customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing sales revenue and margin by developing new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Driving managed services and support revenue across the client base.
- Working closely with operations, engineering, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
- Representing the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Leading client onboarding and supporting invoicing and collections processes.
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture while living company values.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management within AV, UC, IT, or workplace collaboration.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with public speaking experience a bonus.
- Skilled in negotiation and able to thrive under pressure.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
