Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Business Operations Executive to join a collaborative and fast-moving team. 

This role is ideal for someone who has a solid experience in supply chain and operations management and are looking to grow their skills in a broad, hands-on capacity.The position offers the chance to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations across supply chain, inventory, pricing, and vendor coordination. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with colleagues in sales, finance, and services, making strong communication and organisational skills essential.

What You'll Be Doing:-

Supporting the planning and tracking of stock and inventory across multiple locations- Ensuring pricing, stock levels, and product data are accurate in internal systems- Helping to manage vendor relationships, including supporting promotions and offers- Working closely with the finance team to monitor stock costs and credit notes- Producing reports and analysing data to highlight trends and areas for improvement- Supporting wider operational improvements and process development.

What We're Looking For:-

Experience in an operations, supply chain, or coordination role- A strong eye for detail and a structured, organised approach to work- Intermediate Excel skills - Comfortable working with data and systems (experience with an ERP like NetSuite is a bonus)- A natural team player who enjoys solving problems and making things run more smoothly- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a supportive environment.
