Role Overview:

The Service Sales Executive is a strategic position focusing on identifying, developing, and closing solutions-oriented service offerings. This role involves working closely with the Regional Service Sales Manager and local office leadership to target new and underserved customers. You will collaborate with Account Managers to expand existing offerings and bring forward the full value of the service capabilities.  The role covers UK & Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned service line booking targets.

- Develop and execute a region-specific business plan with target accounts and marketing activities.

- Perform account-mapping exercises to identify underserved customers.

- Drive strategy meetings to target strategic accounts with service-oriented solutions.

- Build relationships with Account Managers and establish team-selling strategies.

- Ensure successful positioning of services within target accounts.

- Develop customer-specific solutions and participate in their delivery.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

- Support pre-approved Request for Proposal solicitations.

- Collaborate with Product Management and Solution Architect teams to develop sales proposals.

- Engage with regional and local office leadership to understand market trends and customer feedback.

- Co-develop externally facing collateral with Product Management and corporate marketing.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.

- Self-starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Proven ability in new business development, building account plans, lead generation, and responding to proposals.

- Entrepreneurial outlook with experience in identifying and converting leads into business.

- Effective negotiation and closing techniques.

- Proven selling skills in growing existing accounts and acquiring new business.

- Solid business and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
