As Inside Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front – building, supporting, and developing a high-performing Inside Sales team while playing a hands-on role in strategy and performance. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring the Inside Sales team to hit ambitious sales targets and drive customer success
- Providing coaching, training, and regular performance feedback
- Developing sales strategies that support growth and align with business goals
- Working collaboratively with marketing and regional sales teams to build campaigns, generate leads, and close deals
- Supporting pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analysis using data-driven insights
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends and identifying new opportunities
- Promoting a positive, open and supportive team culture
What You’ll Need
- Experience managing and motivating sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments
- A commercially minded, data-led approach to decision-making
- Proven ability to coach individuals and create high-performing teams
- Experience in or understanding of eCommerce or digital platforms (SaaS/PaaS/online marketplaces) would be a bonus
