Help resourcing teams identify the skills needed to deliver and operate each system
Contribute to design standards, templates, training materials and processes

Review events afterwards to see how each design performed, and feed the lessons into future projects
Work alongside onsite delivery teams to solve operational problems, and act as the main contact for third-party vendors and manufacturers

Extensive on-site experience in temporary live events, with lighting as your specialism
End-to-end knowledge of lighting systems, including control, networking, power distribution, rigging interfaces and temporary event delivery standards
Highly proficient in Vectorworks and ConnectCAD (2+ years of CAD experience preferred)
Experience dealing with clients and strong written and verbal communication skills
A systems thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
