Project Manager

A leading integrator within the Audio Visual industry is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their project delivery team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in AV installations or similar projects, who is ready to take on the challenge of delivering high-quality AV installations across EMEA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
Manage project communications, scheduling, and task lists for technicians.
Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Provide administrative support to project team members.
Conduct field verification of prospective work sites and document any issues.
Ensure appropriate and frequent communication between stakeholders.
Coordinate all system programming and final checkout of systems.
Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects to internal support teams and clients.
Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience in managing project finances.
Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project, is desirable.
Technically aware and familiar with IT & AV systems.
