Content Operations Manager

A leading digital signage business is seeking a Content Operations Manager to oversee its content operations function. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in team management and leadership in tech/service environments, as well as client relationship management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Operating Model & Process Design: Own and continuously improve content operations processes and standards.
Team Leadership & Culture: Lead and develop a multidisciplinary content operations team spanning deployment, client success, creative, and project coordination.
Service Delivery & Performance: Manage the ticketing system to ensure client KPIs on speed, accuracy, and satisfaction are met.
Client Relationship Management: Handle day-to-day client relationships and escalations, working closely with senior commercial leadership.
Workload & Resource Planning: Balance workloads and meet deadlines across all teams without compromising quality.
Onboarding & Training: Develop team members to build capability and confidence.
Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership and support cross-functional collaboration.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record of improving operational processes and service delivery.
Experience in a ticketed or service desk environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative and design teams.
Excellent client relationship management, including handling escalations.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a people-first mindset.
Desirable: Experience in digital signage, media, social media publishing, or agency-side content delivery; familiarity with project management tools.
