AV Project Manager

We're working with an AV integration specialist that delivers cutting-edge workplace technology solutions for some of the UK's leading corporate organisations. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an AV Project Manager to their operations team.

THE ROLE

As an AV Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple AV and workplace technology projects from initial planning through to completion. Acting as the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from handover to completion

• Planning project schedules, resources, and budgets

• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Managing client relationships and providing regular project updates

• Monitoring project costs and commercial performance

• Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance requirements are met

• Managing project documentation, contracts, and reporting

• Identifying and mitigating project risks

• Supporting successful project handovers and client sign-off

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who combines strong project management skills with a solid understanding of AV technologies and corporate environments. 

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience delivering AV integration or workplace technology projects

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and budget management experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word

• A good understanding of networking and network security within AV environments

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Any of the following would be advantageous:

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification

• CTS qualification

• Experience with platforms such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco, or Poly

• Experience working with enterprise-level corporate clients

• Background working within a main contractor or construction environment

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
