AV Project Manager

We're working with an AV solutions provider that delivers cutting-edge projects across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an AV Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of projects from initial planning through to final handover.
THE ROLE
As an AV Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, acting as the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with strong leadership and client-facing skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing multiple AV installation projects from start to finish
- Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinating internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and proactively managing risks and challenges
- Ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Managing project documentation, reporting, and handover processes
- Leading project meetings and providing regular updates to clients and management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in AV project management or a similar project delivery role
- Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies and systems
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Full UK driving licence
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, CTS, or similar project management certifications
- IOSH, NEBOSH, or other health and safety qualifications
- Knowledge of leading AV technologies including Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, Biamp, and AMX
