Lead Project Manager
We are seeking two exceptional project management professionals. Our client works with some of the UK’s most recognizable organizations, taking a consultancy-first approach to build lasting partnerships rather than one-off transactions
The company is a rapidly growing technology consultancy specializing in bespoke smart building technology and long-term support. Lead Project Manager you will enjoy a senior, active role that goes far beyond a traditional, desk-based position. You will act as the vital link from the sales handover through to project completion and partner delivery. Seamlessly adapting between project manager, coordinator, and on-site supervisor, you will ensure execution runs perfectly while mentoring and developing other PMs in the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the project lifecycle for concurrent projects ranging from single-room installs to complex, multi-site programmes.

Resource Management: Identify and assign tasks based on internal and external resource availability, creating project programmes to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

On-Site Supervision: Complete RAMS documentation ahead of mobilization and supervise installation engineers through to final partner sign-off.

Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to other Project Managers, raising the standard of delivery and acting as the escalation point for high-risk issues.
What You Bring:

Proven project management experience within a technical or construction environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor other project managers/coordinators.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the willingness to travel UK-wide (including occasional overnight stays).

Desirable: Formal PM qualification (Prince2, APM) and familiarity with tools like Monday.com.
