ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a key position within a high-performing Bid Team that works with some of the world's most recognisable enterprise brands. As Bid Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the bid process, helping to shape proposals, quotations and tender responses that win meaningful work.
You'll work closely with Bid Directors, Bid Managers, Account Executives and New Business Directors across EMEA, coordinating all the moving parts that go into a winning bid response. From reviewing RFP documentation and collating content from across the business, to managing timelines, quality reviews and process coordination, no two days will look the same.
What you will be doing
• Reviewing RFP documentation to determine response requirements and structure
• Creating and formatting proposal documents in Word and PowerPoint
• Collating and managing content libraries — case studies, CVs, bios, company information
• Coordinating contributors across departments, tracking their progress and chasing submissions
• Scheduling and managing kick-off calls, review calls and progress updates
• Conducting internal scoring of proposals using a scoring criteria matrix
• Identifying key win themes and aligning them with the company's value propositions
• Supporting the transition to a proposal-building software platform
What we are looking for
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Solid experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• An understanding of the RFP process and proposal/sales documentation
• Excellent written communication skills and an eye for quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under deadline pressure
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset , this is a home-based role requiring real self-discipline
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and communicate risk
An administrative or business qualification is preferred, but what really matters is your track record, if you can demonstrate that you've owned a bid process and delivered to a high standard, we want to hear from you.
What's in it for you
• Private healthcare from day one (with the option to add family members)
• Generous annual leave allowance (increasing with service) plus the option to purchase additional days
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Bike to Work scheme
• Pension
• Yearly Specsavers voucher and flu jab
• Ad-hoc team events
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to client sites and the Head Office in Surrey
