Senior Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Engineer who can bridge the gap between creative ambition and technical reality, overseeing the engineering lifecycle from initial pitch to final commissioning.
The company are responsible for transforming world-renowned cultural landmarks and stadiums into interactive, digital journeys. As they continue to win ambitious global projects, a new role has been created for a Senior Engineer.
The Role
As a lead in our Engineering department, you will own the technical delivery lifecycle. From early-stage pitches and 3D CAD design to on-site commissioning, you ensure the creative intent is never lost in translation.

Design Leadership: Own the production of schematics, rack layouts, projection plans, and IP matrices.

Technical Coordination: Act as the lead representative in meetings with clients, architects, and contractors.

Mentorship: Bring structure to complex projects while delegating to and mentoring junior engineers.

Project Oversight: Manage risks, navigate evolving briefs, and ensure technical decisions align with commercial goals.
What you'll bring

Expertise: 5+ years in AV engineering or a relevant degree. Deep knowledge of IT, networking, and signal flow.

Design Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D); experience with BIM/Revit is a significant plus.

Communication: Ability to translate complex engineering into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Mindset: Methodical, curious, and accountable. You know when to solve a problem and when to escalate it.
