The Role

 

In the role of Business Development Manager you will thrive on the thrill of the hunt. This is not a position where leads are handed to you; instead, you will build your own pipeline, leveraging your existing network to uncover new business. Your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across AV integration, managed services, and the remote monitoring platform. You'll engage with senior decision-makers such as Heads of IT, Facilities Directors, and Operations leads in mid-to-large enterprises.

 

From day one, you will be prospecting and building your own pipeline, targeting enterprise clients across various sectors. Your existing contacts in the AV and workplace technology space will be invaluable as you open doors and develop relationships with key decision-makers. You will present and pitch our full service offering, collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop proposals, and see deals through from initial conversation to signed contract. Additionally, you will represent us at industry events and stay abreast of market trends in the AV and hybrid workplace space.

 

About You

 

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record in AV, unified communications, or workplace technology sales. Your existing network of contacts will be crucial, and you should be comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships at a senior level. A natural self-starter, you will create your own momentum and thrive without needing constant direction.
