We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering large-scale Media and Pro AV projects. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the high standards clients expect.

This is a position where your expertise will genuinely make a difference. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams across engineering, CAD, and programming while keeping communication clear and projects moving forward. Along the way, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor other project managers and help refine processes as the team continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the full lifecycle of Media and Pro AV projects
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
Coordinating engineering, CAD, and programming teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Managing schedules, deliverables, budgets, and reporting
Building strong, long-term client relationships
Supporting and mentoring other project managers
Contributing to improvements in project delivery processes

What we’re looking for:

Experience delivering complex, client-facing technology projects
A recognised Project Management qualification (PMI, PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar)
Experience working with audio visual systems, Enterprise Voice, or Unified Communications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to manage multiple moving parts while keeping projects on track

A technical background in Pro AV engineering, particularly with LED wall technology, would be a real advantage.

The role requires regular travel, so a full driving licence is required.
