Channel Sales Manager

We are looking for a proven Channel Sales Manager to win, maintain and expand partner relationships within the assigned territory.
Your role will include supporting the company’s ongoing and new sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to new business and your portfolio of assigned partners and customers. You will also be required to work with the technical sales support team whenever a customer needs customised products or services.
Key Job Responsibilities
Ø Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
Ø Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
Ø Identify & Develop Complimentary Relationships
Ø Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Ø Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
Ø Develop wider Sales Strategy, to include:
o Monthly sales reviews
o New accounts
o Resurfaced partners
o Areas of weakness
o Identity development
o Consistent branding
o Budget review
o Supporting service team
o Booking appointments
o International Partner Reviews
Ø Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
Ø Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
Ø Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Key Skills & Abilities:
Ø A minimum of 10 years of work experience.
Ø Thorough understanding of the AV industry
Ø Exceptional communication skills.
Ø Flexible to travel to partner locations.
Ø Solution-oriented outlook.
