Technical Lead and Solution Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:-
- Consult with clients, both face-to-face and remotely, to define project requirements.
- Manage and coordinate technical design phases to meet customer needs.
- Proactively activate resources to achieve project goals.
- Engage with internal teams, including Software Development, Delivery, and Content Production, for seamless project integration.
- Collaborate with the Sales team on proposals, ensuring cost-effective and well-designed solutions.
- Maintain and coordinate relationships with various stakeholders.
- Design, suggest, test, and implement new solutions.
- Provide remote and onsite support for installations.
- Produce technical documentation and manuals.
- Lead a small, focused team, ensuring professional conduct from initial meeting to project conclusion.
- Stay aligned with market trends, competitors, and internal strategies.
Essential Skills:-
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with an AV System Integrator.
- Strong decision-making and client communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in digital and interactive Audio/Video Hardware and Software, including LED, LFD screens, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Firewalls) and fundamental understanding of Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
- Experience in Small Scale Audio Design and Commissioning.
- Skilled in creating technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints and implement effective resolutions.
Desirable Skills:-
- Experience with Autocad, Visio (or similar), Solidworks.
