Channel Sales Representative
We’re working with an innovative technology business that is transforming the way organisations manage and optimise their meeting room environments. They’re now looking for a Channel Sales Representative to play a key role in expanding their partner network and driving commercial growth across the AV and collaboration space.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in partner-led sales, has experience selling software solutions, and enjoys building strong relationships across the channel.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll focus on growing and activating an ecosystem of integration partners, AV resellers and hardware-aligned relationships. You’ll work collaboratively with partners to create pipeline, support co-selling activity and position the company’s software platform as the layer that brings consistency and stability to modern meeting spaces.
You’ll be highly visible within the AV community, working closely with internal sales, marketing and product teams to ensure a clear, compelling message is delivered through the channel.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving partner-influenced and partner-led revenue growth for a software-led solution
- Recruiting, onboarding and commercially developing integration and reseller partners
- Building joint pipelines and leading structured co-selling activity
- Enabling partners to confidently position the software within customer environments
- Maintaining a strong field presence across the AV ecosystem, distributor networks and industry events
- Feeding market insight back into marketing and product to strengthen positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in channel or partner sales within AV, UC or collaboration technology
- Proven experience selling software solutions through partners or directly to customers
- Confidence building credibility with partners and end users
- Experience working alongside integration and OEM partners in co-selling environments
- Strong communication, presentation and partner enablement skills
- A proactive, accountable approach with excellent relationship management
