Channel Sales Representative
This fast-growing technology business develops collaboration and sharing solutions used across education, enterprise and AV environments. The company is now seeking an experienced Channel Sales Representative to grow and enable its partner ecosystem while also building relationships directly with end users.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role. It is not a behind-the-scenes channel position, the successful candidate will be active in the field, co-selling with partners, supporting their success and representing the business across regional AV communities.
The Role
The Channel Sales Representative will be responsible for driving partner-led growth and increasing market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with integration partners, resellers, distributors and end users
- Prospecting and engaging new partners to expand regional coverage
- Delivering product demonstrations and attending joint sales calls with partners
- Enabling partners through training, sales tools, technical support and ongoing engagement
- Maintaining a high level of visibility, responsiveness and follow-through
- Tracking partner performance, managing pipeline and influencing deal registration
- Sharing market and customer insight with internal product and marketing teams
- Representing the business at AV, integration and industry events
The Ideal Candidate
You will bring a strong channel sales background and a proactive, relationship-led approach.
You will have:
- Experience in channel or partner sales, ideally within AV, UC or collaboration technology
- A strong field presence and the ability to build credibility quickly
- Proven experience co-selling with integration or OEM partners
- Excellent communication, presentation and partner training skills
- High levels of organisation, accountability and follow-through
