AV Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and commercially driven Audio Visual Account Manager to join a growing systems integration business.
About the role
The role suits a person who thrives on building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering high-quality AV solutions across a varied customer base.
As an AV Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for key clients, managing the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to project delivery, while working closely with internal technical and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing AV clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored AV solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed targets
- Liaise with project management and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Stay up to date with AV technologies and market trends
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an Audio Visual sales or account management role
- Strong knowledge of AV solutions (corporate, education, or commercial environments preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Confident in presenting solutions to clients at all levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
