Key Responsibilities-

- Account Management & Relationship Building: Manage a portfolio of active partners, conduct regular business reviews, and support partners in executing go-to-market plans.
- Vendor Collaboration: Maintain strong vendor relationships, provide market feedback, and leverage vendor programmes for maximum partner engagement.
- Commercial Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Experience & Qualifications
We're ideally looking for -
-Proven experience in business development, channel sales, or account management within the software, SaaS, or services sector.
- Strong network and understanding of the cloud communications ecosystems.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office suite.
