Partner Account Manager
We’re working with a well-established European AV manufacturer, recognised for its high-quality signal distribution and management solutions. With a strong partner network and reputation across the industry, they’re looking to appoint a Partner Account Manager to support and develop key integrator relationships across the South of England.
The Role
This is a relationship-led account management role, focused on building deeper, more strategic partnerships with existing system integrators.
You’ll work closely with your accounts to understand their business, support their growth, and ensure they’re getting the most from the partnership. It’s about being visible, reliable, and adding value—whether that’s through product support, training, or helping identify new opportunities within their client base.
While there is an element of developing new partners, the main focus is on strengthening and growing existing relationships.
You’ll spend time on the road visiting partners, hosting meetings in the London showroom, and representing the business at key industry events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing relationships with a defined group of system integrator partners
- Acting as a key point of contact, building trust and long-term engagement
- Supporting partners with product knowledge, training, and ongoing guidance
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase partner activity
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and consistent partner experience
- Attending partner meetings, events, and industry exhibitions
- Keeping CRM (Salesforce) records up to date and maintaining visibility of account activity
- Sharing feedback on partner needs, market trends, and competitor activity
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, partner management, or a relationship-focused sales role
- A strong relationship builder who takes a collaborative, long-term approach
- AV experience is beneficial but not essential
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a regional account base
- A team-focused approach with a willingness to support others
- Full UK driving licence
