Partner Account Manager
A market-leading European AV manufacturer is looking for a driven Partner Account Manager to grow and develop relationships across its System Integrator partner network.

The company is an established AV manufacturer, developer and supplier, known for its high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service. They operate across Europe and beyond, working closely with System Integrators and channel partners to deliver best-in-class AV signal distribution and management solutions. You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious team where ideas are welcomed, performance is recognised and development is genuinely supported.
The Role
As Partner Account Manager, you’ll own and grow relationships across a defined partner network of System Integrators in the South of England. You’ll spend your time on the road with partners, in the London showroom, and representing the brand at major UK and international trade events.
Alongside managing existing accounts, you’ll actively develop new business opportunities with non-trading integrators, helping expand the company’s footprint and drive revenue growth.
What you'll be doing

Building trusted, long-term relationships with partner accounts

Supporting partners with technical training, sales enablement and marketing activity

Developing and executing a clear business development strategy

Identifying and converting new partner opportunities

Representing the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events

Managing pipeline, forecasting and performance reporting

Feeding back competitor insight and market intelligence

Keeping CRM (Salesforce) data accurate and up to date
What you will need

Proven experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Development

AV experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude and capability matter most

Confident communicator who can engage engineers through to senior decision-makers

Commercially driven with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets

Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously

Positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset

Full UK driving licence
