Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic global accounts, driving both retention and expansion.
- Identify, engage, and secure new multinational enterprise clients.
- Coordinate across regions to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global system integrators, AV consultants, and technology partners.
- Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Deliver account plans and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Represent the company at major international events and key client meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in global account management or enterprise business development, ideally within the LED, display, or ProAV sector.
- Deep understanding of corporate AV environments and global technology standards.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with global system integrators, consultants, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to create compelling business proposals and ROI models.
- Comfortable working across time zones and travelling internationally when required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
Background & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise or international sales.
- Experience in LED, ProAV, or visual technology is highly desirable.
