Consultants Business Development Manager - Europe

Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management:
- Grow relationships with key AV consultants, system integrators, and architects across Europe.
- Develop engagement strategies to boost specification activity and drive sales growth.
- Network within the AV community to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise, project insights, and design guidance to support consultants in delivering LED display solutions.
- Represent the company at European trade shows, industry associations, and consultant events.
- Facilitate collaborations for success on innovative projects.
Strategic Programme Development:
- Establish and coordinate the European Tech Council, showcasing technology developments, case studies, and product roadmaps.
- Develop consultant education programs, including training modules, webinars, and certification courses.
- Build and maintain a digital content platform for consultant tools and reference materials.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create technical content.
Market & Product Insight:
- Gather feedback from consultants and integrators to guide product development and market strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Report on consultant engagement metrics, account performance, and program impact.
