The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving growth within the UK OOH market. You’ll be developing relationships with key industry players, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering creative, solutions-led proposals that make an impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and commercial sides of business development — working closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow key accounts across the UK OOH and digital signage markets
- Build long-term partnerships with leading industry clients and partners
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
- Create and deliver strategies to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets
- Stay close to market trends and customer needs, feeding insights back into the business
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless and innovative solutions
- Support client events, product demos, and training sessions when required
About You
- Proven track record in OOH advertising, digital signage, or LED display sales
- Strong network and understanding of the OOH landscape
- Experience in sales, project management, or technical account management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
- Willing to travel for client meetings and industry events
