Business Development Manager - Netherlands
Our client is a market leader in LED technologies expanding their team across Europe
If you're a driven Pro AV professional with a track record of winning large-scale projects and developing key relationships across the enterprise, retail, government, and corporate spaces - this role will enable you to bring your experience and contribute to the growth of LED displays sales in Europe.
What you will be doing:-
- Drive sales: Own your territory. Win new projects, grow key accounts, and consistently hit your targets.
- Grow partnerships: Build strong relationships with system integrators, end users, consultants, and channel partners to get products specified in major tenders and installations.
- Be the expert: Stay up to date on LED and AV technology. Deliver product demos, training, and trade show support across your patch.
- Support major projects: Collaborate with the wider European team to ensure successful delivery of high-value installations.
- Bring insight: Feed market intelligence back to HQ and help shape future strategy
What you will need:-
- Proven experience in Pro AV or LED display sales, ideally with large project wins across sectors like enterprise, government, or retail
- Ability to work autonomously in a regional sales role – developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the AV channel ecosystem
- A solutions-led mindset and consultative approach to selling
- Fluent in English and Dutch
What Else
- You’ll need to be happy travelling across the region and occasionally to China for global sales meetings and factory visits
- A valid driving licence is essential
