The Role
As Head of Corporate Sales you will be the spearhead of enterprise growth. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a proven business developer in the AV/VC space. You’ll be securing prestigious corporate accounts in the UK positioning the company as the preferred partner for integrated workspace technology and lifecycle service.
Key Responsibilities -
- Targeted Prospecting: Identify and penetrate corporate end-user accounts across the UK.
- Solution Selling: Orchestrate complex deals involving Integrated AV, Video Conferencing (VC), and Digital Workplace solutions.
- Lifecycle Positioning: Selling beyond the hardware, a sustainable , long term financial and technical strategy
- C-Suite Navigation: Build deep relationships with CTOs, COOs, and Procurement Heads to align AV technology with their broader business transformation goals.
- Bid Leadership: Lead the strategic response for high-value RFPs and Tenders, coordinating with internal pre-sales and technical design teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience selling high-end AV/VC solutions (Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, etc.).
- A proven track record of closing £1M+ deals specifically with corporate end-users (Finance, Legal, Pharma, Tech), rather than through the channel.
- You don't just sell "boxes"; you understand how technology impacts workplace culture and productivity
- Comfortable discussing OpEx vs. CapEx models and complex service level agreements (SLAs).
