Business Development Manager
We’re working with a well-established European workplace technology integrator, known for delivering high-quality AV, collaboration, and unified communications solutions to global organisations.
They’re now looking to bring in a Business Development Manager to support continued growth, with a focus on developing new client relationships while building on existing ones.
The Role
This is a client-facing position with a strong emphasis on new business, but it’s not a cold, transactional sales environment. The role is about taking a consultative approach, understanding client needs, adding value, and building long-term partnerships.
You’ll be supported by experienced technical and delivery teams, allowing you to focus on identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and seeing projects through from initial conversation to delivery.
You’ll also be involved in industry events and client meetings, keeping close to market trends and maintaining visibility in the sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities across corporate and enterprise clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Supporting the growth of managed services and ongoing client engagement
- Representing the business at events, meetings, and industry forums
- Contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment
