Business Development Manager - France
We're hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing European sales team within a global leader in LED display technology. This role is focused in France and offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in a cutting-edge sector.

What you will be doing:-
- Drive sales: Own your territory. Win new projects, grow key accounts, and consistently hit (or smash) your targets.
- Grow partnerships: Build strong relationships with system integrators, end users, consultants, and channel partners to get products specified in major tenders and installations.
- Be the expert: Stay up to date on LED and AV technology. Deliver product demos, training, and trade show support across your patch.
- Support major projects: Collaborate with the wider European team to ensure successful delivery of high-value installations.
- Bring insight: Feed market intelligence back to HQ and help shape future strategy
What you will need:-
- Proven experience in Pro AV or LED display sales, ideally with large project wins across sectors like enterprise, government, or retail
- Ability to work autonomously in a regional sales role – developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the AV channel ecosystem
- A solutions-led mindset and consultative approach to selling
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business or similar (preferred)
- Fluent in English and French
What Else
- You’ll need to be happy travelling across the region and occasionally to China for global sales meetings and factory visits
- A valid driving licence is essential
