**The Role**

As the Regional Sales Manager for the DACH region, the mission is to expand and scale hardware and services business through a strategic channel sales approach. This role involves close collaboration with reseller and alliance partners, regional sales leaders, and cross-functional teams. The goal is to establish a go-to-market (GTM) strategy, achieve defined objectives, and enhance the brand, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A passion for technology and delivering profitable business outcomes is crucial. The role demands creating plans to identify high-value opportunities and converting them into loyal customers. Strong analytical skills and a numerical mindset are essential for making informed decisions and maintaining an organised, accurately forecasted business. Navigating the complexities of multiple stakeholders and partners is key to success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement an optimal sales and marketing GTM strategy for the region
- Achieve and surpass business and revenue targets for hardware sales and services
- Support distribution partners to maximise sales and increase regional presence
- Expand and nurture the community of resellers and integrators
- Manage key customer relationships and close strategic deals
- Build and develop business relationships with Alliance Partners for mutual growth
- Enhance the brand and reputation in the region, focusing on partner and customer success
- Collaborate closely with marketing, support, and success teams to meet goals
- Provide timely, accurate reports to Senior Management using Salesforce SalesCloud
- Stay informed about company products, market trends, and competitors
- Make strategic decisions influencing people, processes, and technology

**Skills and Experience:**

- Significant B2B sales experience in the technology sector, with channel sales and end-customer engagement
- Deep knowledge and strong network within the AV/Video Conferencing/UC channel ecosystem
- Self-starter with the ability to work remotely, self-motivated, and accountable for regional business growth
- Strong management and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Native German and fluent English are mandatory; additional languages are advantageous
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proven success in delivering strong revenue growth in the technology market
- Ability to engage and motivate regional teams of key strategic partners
- Highly collaborative, organised, and able to prioritise effectively
- Confidence and business acumen to engage with C-Level customers and partners
- Prepared to perform a wide range of activities with a positive attitude
- Private home office space for device demos
- Clean driver’s licence and regular access to a vehicle capable of transporting hardware screens of at least 55 inches
