Marketing Manager EMEA

Key Responsibilities

-Regional Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of EMEA Marketing to align regional strategies with global objectives, driving business growth and analysing market trends.
- Independent Distributor Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with ID’s, guiding them in executing successful local marketing campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Public Relations and Social Media: Localise and distribute corporate press releases, manage global PR campaigns, and create content that resonates with local audiences.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead relationships with local strategic partners, support sponsorship agreements, and develop marketing value.
- Marketing Communications: Implement integrated marketing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Exhibition and Event Management: Develop and manage local plans for seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and partner events, measuring their impact using KPIs.
- Partner Marketing Support: Assist in co-developing partner marketing activities and provide guidance for successful local initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferred Characteristics: Proactive, detail-oriented, able to prioritise tasks effectively, collaborative, strategic thinker, and approachable.
- Qualifications: B Hons degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) or Professional Qualification (CIMDip).
- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in a management position within the professional audio or AVLM industry, Music, Theatre, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent English language skills. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Work Style: Flexible working hours due to collaboration across different time zones within EMEA, with occasional European travel.
