Role Overview

The Lead Project Manager will be the primary business owner and first escalation point for assigned clients, ensuring total client satisfaction. This role involves mentoring a team of Project Managers, coordinating activities to implement Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solutions, and maintaining key operational metrics such as project delivery times and client profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to client system delivery processes and provide early feedback.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments including Engineering, IT, and Sales.
- Manage complex accounts with multiple ongoing projects.
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and Coordinators.
 

Required Skills and Experience


- Prince2, Agile or similar qualification 
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
- Strong aptitude for mathematics and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in Project Management within a Customer Service area.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification is desirable.
- Degree or equivalent experience in a Technical Field.
